* Aircraft aluminum frame with diamond hard epoxy powder coating. Front maneuvering handle features tip holder, gun rack and hose hanger for convenient storage. Rear handle protects equipment and aids in lifting.* Two spring-loaded shock absorbing rubber feet keep unit stable during operation and transporting. * 3/4 cold rolled steel axle through oil impregnated brass bushings.* Thermostat relief valve opens when bypass water reaches 145 degrees to allow inlet water to cool pump life. * Stainless steel inlet filter enclosed in aluminum housing plus inlet easher filter prevents debris from entering system and provides continuous filtering. * EZ start valve allows quick engine startup eliminating pump lock up.* Set of 3 color coded quick connect stainless steel nozzles. 0, 15, 25, degrees.* Color gun and 36" wand with stainless steel and brass quick connects. * Chemical injector with adjustable flow rate (20%) includes QC’s and color coded brass nozzle.* 50’ high pressure hose with hose guards and QC’s.* All gasoline engines equipped with quick oil drain kits to eliminate messy oil draining conditions.

Direct Drive-Electric

TEFC (Totally enclosed fan cooled) motors supplied on standard units are for us in non-hazardous atmospheres containing high concentrations of abrasives or dust and for outdoor stationary installations. The 230/460 volt units, where required, include magnetic starter with thermal overload NEMA 12 enclosure with waterproof start, stop, and rest switches, wiring and 6’cord. On-site connection and additional wiring must be furnished by customer. It is recommended that all units be connected to a GFIC- protected circuit. The 115 volt unit supplied with 35"’ cord with GFCI protection.
