Clear Sealer 160 is a rubber based liquid formulated to form a membrane on freshly poured concrete to retard moisture loss. Moisture retention is essential to the proper curing of concrete, to provide maximum strength and elasticity. In addition, this membrane will minimize dusting and is compatible with tile and carpet adhesives. Exposure to oils, alkali, or fungus will not deteriorate Clear Sealer 160.
